United Roots Program

3 Sessions - $180

Designed to help you feel confident, prepared, and ready to step into group classes at CrossFit United LKN.

Whether you’re brand new or just getting back into fitness, our coaches will guide you through the fundamentals, introduce key movements, and ensure you feel comfortable in the gym environment.

  • Build a strong foundation with the core movement patterns used in class.

    • Squat, press, and pull mechanics

    • Proper form and positioning

    • Introduction to class structure and flow

    Goal: Move safely and understand the basics

  • Get comfortable with barbell movements in a simple, approachable way.

    • Clean and front rack positions

    • Intro to the snatch and clean (PVC/light weight)

    • Technique, timing, and confidence with the barbell

    Goal: Feel confident handling a barbell in class

  • Put everything together in a class-style setting.

    • Kipping basics and skill work

    • Machines (rower, bike, etc.)

    • Transitions, pacing, and workout flow

    • Q&A and personalized guidance

    Goal: Walk into your first class knowing exactly what to expect

What happens next?

After completing the United Roots Program, you’ll transition seamlessly into our group classes with the confidence and knowledge to succeed.
